Would this cover impede on using the utilitrack system? I would like a cover with options for top racks but still use the utilitrack underneath.

Yes, the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Hard Tonneau Cover part # 311-KRN5780 will impede the use of the factory cargo management system (utili track) on your 2018 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab with the 5' bed. Instead, I recommend using the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover part # BAK39506 with the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # TH43001XT-603 as this is the only tonneau cover and ladder rack combo we have confirmed to fit your Frontier. The Revolver X2 also won't impede the use of the factory cargo management system.
