Does Power of Furrion HDMI Stereo with Bluetooth # DV3300SBL Totally Cut Off with Power Switch

Question:
I purchased a new 2019 Keystone 5th wheel with this unit . My question is my unit will not turn clear off. Once powered up ,played radio,watched DVD, turned unit off from remote. The player shut down to display the time on front of screen and lighting for buttons stayed on as well as cooling fan on rear of unit. Pushed power button again to power off completely the clock ,digital display,shut down but the lights for the buttons and the cooling fan on rear of unit continue to run. Only way to turn clear off is to unplug power from back of unit. If you plug power back in goes back to lights on and fan running. This unit should shut clear down correct? Troubled

The Furrion HDMI Stereo with Bluetooth # DV3300SBL that you referenced won't fully power all the way down when you press the power button. It will basically go into a sleep mode where most of the functions will power off but in order for you not to lose all the presets it wouldn't cut all of the power off. The fan is a mechanism designed to cool off the internal components which will prevent damage. You really wouldn't want to totally get rid of that feature.
