Is this wheel and tire come balanced?

Our trailer tire and wheel combinations such as the Provider ST235/80R16 Radial Tire w 16" Viking Aluminum Wheel # A16RG8BML80 do not come machine balanced though the light spot on the tire is lined up with the heavy spot on the wheel, which is a type of balancing though not the same manner as being machine balanced. You can have this done if you like although it likely won't have a noticeable effect.
