Question:
I would like to order the Patrick Distribution RV Faucets - 277-000098 but am unsure of how to mate it up to my supply tubes. The tubes have the large hand tightening nuts on both ends. I am not sure if the faucet will utilize my supply tubes. If it does not, I have not seen the supply tubes that might work? What is the description or name of the hand tightening nuts, such as size, thread, etc? I appreciate the help,

The sink you submitted a picture of has 1/2" Male NPSM connection fittings behind it like what the part # 277-000014 has. Basically the Single Handle RV Kitchen Faucet with Side Spray Nozzle # 277-000098 that you referenced has the same fitting size but they are brass fittings instead of plastic.
I attached a picture of the faucet you are wanting that shows how all of the lines get used. You can see that two of the fittings are unused just like your current faucet which will be what you run to the water lines.
