I ordered as per tow hitch exclusive for my 2007 4.0 liter pacifica and the tow hitch is successfully installed yet the electrical was installed as per mechanic installing the hitch because they could not find a way to install it? as far as I recall the electrical harness was suggested fit from same page I ordered tow hitch...?not sure why #118381 did not fit?

Trailer wiring harness # 118381 does fit the 2007 Chrysler Pacifica but only models that came with a factory 7-Way connector. It would allow you to add a 4-Way in addition to the factory 7-Way. For Pacfica models that did not come with a factory 7-Way connector you will instead need to use wiring harness # C55530. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
