I see two ways that will allow you to haul your motorcycle while also towing a trailer. These two options would be to install a hitch on the front of the tow vehicle (if available) and place the motorcycle on a hitch mounted motorcycle carrier or to install a trailer hitch on the rear of your trailer and place the motorcycle on a hitch mounted motorcycle carrier. The front mounted hitch option will allow you to use a greater variety of motorcycle carriers but this will also likely decrease airflow to the vehicle's coolers as well as your visibility at night. The best option for you is really going to depend on how often you want to tow the trailer and motorcycle at the same time.

In order to recommend the correct front mounted trailer hitch (if available) I would need to know the year and sub model on your Nissan Titan. For a motorcycle carrier that can be used on the front of the vehicle, I recommend the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier part # e98873.

If you choose to haul the motorcycle on the rear of the trailer I recommend first installing a trailer hitch like the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13701 and then adding a trailer approved motorcycle carrier for which the only option we have is the Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier part # UF48-979033.
