Question:
Just bought a 2012 dodge ram 2500 with a 6.7 high output and a 3.42 gear ratio. I was wondering what the maximum 5th wheel camper I can pull with it.

According to the owner's manual for the 2012 Ram 2500 with the 6.7 liter motor:
ST, SLT, Bighorn/Lonestar, Laramie, Outdoorsman models with manual transmission can tow a maximum of 13,350 pounds.
Models with the automatic transmission can tow up to 15,450 pounds.
However, it is a little more complex than the manual shows. Other factors that will affect the capacity of the truck are the cab style, bed length, and if it is 2- or 4-wheel drive. It appears that the maximum can only be achieved with the 4.10 rear end ratio. If you can tell me more about your truck (cab style, bed length, drive type, and which trim it is) I can give you a more specific number.
