I am not quite sure what exact 20K 5th wheel hitch head you currently have so it would be a little difficult to do a comparison. Could you possibly send me a picture of your current hitch head so I can let you know?

Thank you for the picture! The 20K Head that you currently have, part # 30118, is actually the same as the 22K Head # RP58099 which you referenced, with the only difference being the weight capacity of the actual hitch head. If the legs of your current system are rated for 22K then you can definitely upgrade to this head, but if the rest of your assembly is only rated for 20K then there wouldn't be any reason to use this head as you are limited by your least rated component. Please note that the 22K head does not come with the support beam.
