For an electric over hydraulic braking system, I recommend using the Tekonsha P2, # 90885. This brake controller can be used with electric or electric over hydraulic braking systems. The correct wiring harness for the brake controller and a 2008 Ford F-450 Super Duty is # 3034-P. I have included a link to the installation details for the brake controller for you.
