The Replacement Ball for Reese Friction Sway-Control System # RP58060 has a 1-1/4 inch ball diameter and a 5/8 inch shank diameter. The Curt Sway Control Hitch Ball # C40093 has these same dimensions so it will work with the Reese System # 83660.
