I am assuming you mean the running lights on the trailer are not working? If this is the case then there are a few fuses and relays you will want to check on your 2015 Ford F-250. The first of which is on the power distribution center (PDC) in the engine bay located at the # 26 slot (30A) for the fuse and # 29 slot for the relay. Once these are checked you will then want to turn your attention to the interior fuse box located in the passenger footwell and check the #30 slot (15A).

For future reference, the fuse diagram can be found in the owner's manual or on the underside of the fuse box lid.

I just put a wiring harness plug in to my 5th, I have running lights, brake and right signal light but no brake lights or signal on right side. Please advise

The right turn/brake light is carried along the same circuit, so I think there's probably a blown fuse under the hood of your truck. Check your copy of the owner's manual for the corresponding location and replace the fuse. This should hopefully resolve the issue.

@ChrisR Hi, I am unable to get my trailer running lights to work. All other lights work fine. I tested the 7 way plug at the truck and no power on the running lights from the truck. I checked the fuse 99 and all good. wondering if there is another relay or something I need to check? 2017 Ford F-250 6.7l diesel

Looks like you'll want to check the 42 and 65 locations for the fuse box in your engine compartment as well.
