Using the SAE number you provided isn't always the most accurate way for finding a replacement assembly, as this does not refer to the actual part number for the light. However, based on my research, it appears that the correct replacement will be the Bargman Clearance Side Marker Light - Red # 34-17-808 or the Amber # 34-17-809.

You can take a couple measurements on your existing unit to see if these are a match. This light measures 3-7/8 inches tall, 1-7/8 inches wide and 3/4 inches deep. The two mounting holes are spaced 3 inches apart, center to center.
