Question:
Hello, I have a 26ft RV that weighs around 7000lbs. Which jack would be the best unit to purchase, the 3000 or 4000 lb model?

The Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 24" Lift - 3,000 lbs - Black # JET-3000NG will work well for your 7,000 lb trailer. Most trailers have a tongue weight that is 10-15% of the total trailer weight. For a 7K trailer this jack will work very well. Even though a 4,000 lb jack has a higher capacity, in your case it won't make much difference, so I'd save some money and go with the 3k jack which is a very well made jack I believe you'll be happy with.
