We have a few different roof rack options that will fit your 2018 Ford Edge Titanium with the Vista roof and no side rails. For this, I recommend taking a look at the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System which is composed or part # RRVA137B-2, part # RRRLKVA, and part # DK432.
The Aero Crossbar system will produce less wind noise and drag so it is the more popular than square bar systems. I like Rhino-Rack because they have the same level of quality as the bigger brands like Yakima and Thule but do not cost as much. They also come with locks whereas Thule and Yakima and do not.
