Trailer Wiring Recommendation for 2006 Ford Freestyle
Published 07/25/2018 >
Question:
I dont see more than one pic. does the grey connector look like this? I have this connector under my car by the back bumper and fuel pump. I know its hard to see with the mud. I believe it is a factory trailer harness plug. But I am finding it hard to conform. It is a 2006 Freestyle

We have trailer wiring that is a confirmed fit for your 2006 Ford Freestyle but it does not use the unusual connector you sent in a picture of. Instead you'd want the T-One kit part # 118395 which installs by plugging inline with the taillight connectors of your vehicle. I attached an install video for more info for you to check out as well.
What you have might be related to a Ford only style of connector but you'd have to check with a Ford dealer to know for sure.
