Question:
I need to replace one of my round bars, and I cannot identify which manufacture my hitch is. Can you tell me a way to identify it without labels?

There are a couple of things to look for in the identification of your system. First, look for any imprints on the head of the unit or the spring bars. For instance Reese spring bars have their capacity printed on them near where the chains connect to the bars if you have a system with chains or in the similar location on the bracket style systems. Where the bars and how the bars connect to the head is another help. There are a few different styles of connection.
If you can provide a photo of the head and the bars, that will help me to narrow it down or possibly even determine your system. Dimensions also help.
