The Fulton Safety Chain with Clevis Hook # FCHA0050324 referenced in your question features a weight capacity of 18,800 pounds. I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the chains and found that this particular rating is not stamped onto the chain or hook itself, nor is there a tag with this information. Its grade 70 designation is however stamped onto the links.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this chain that you can also check out.
