Installing a hitch like the Draw-Tite # 76143 will NOT void the warranty of your 2017 Tesla Model X.
The Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act protects you and allows aftermarket parts to be installed without warranty issues unless the install or part caused a problem. But the simple act of installing a hitch or other aftermarket part does not void the warranty.
As for where you can get it installed, many customers choose to do this themselves as it is a complete bolt-on installation and no drilling in your Tesla's frame will be required. Should you want a professional to do it then I recommend simply calling local mechanic shops and asking if they have any experience with installing hitches; really, any mechanic should be able to do this without trouble.
