We do have H3 fog lights that are DOT compliant but unfortunately none of them are LED. The only option we have that is for off-road use is the Putco # P250003W.
For DOT compliant H3 fog lights out our most popular option is the Putco PURE High-Performance H3 Halogen Fog Lamp Bulbs # P230003DW-F which come in a pair and have a "double white" color.
