I need a replacement right tow bar for my 1720 lb foldable utility trailer purchased from Harbor Freight.

Do you mean a coupler? Are you looking for the portion of the trailer that attaches to the hitch ball? Typically smaller Harbor Freight trailers have 2-1/2 inch tongues for mounting a coupler.

The Fulton coupler part # F222500301 is designed to fit 2-1/2 inch wide channel and also is designed for 2 inch hitch balls.
