I do have an option for you but your 2005 Chevrolet Impala would not be rated for anywhere near the tongue weight you would need for a cargo carrier and 370 lb wheelchair. The tongue weight capacity of your vehicle is likely between 100-150 lbs but you can verify this in your owner's manual.
The only way that you would be able to safety haul around the wheelchair would be with a small utility trailer like the Detail K2 Mighty Multi Utility Trailer part # K2MMT4X6. In order to haul this trailer or one similar you would need a trailer hitch like part # 36407, wiring harness like part # C56116, ball mount like part # 36061, and hitch ball like part # 19257 or part # 19258.
Unfortunately, this would be the only way we have for you to haul around a wheelchair of that size.
