I do have other options available for you but the Saris Bike Trac Vertical Bike Storage Rack part # SA6003T is only compatible with a tire size up to 2-1/2" wide. Instead, I recommend the Steadyrack Bike Storage Rack part # B-SRFT-001 which is also a wall mount vertical storage rack but will accept a tire size up to 5" wide and will be much better suited for your mountain bike with fat tires.
