For the 1998 Chevy Blazer we have two sizes/classes of trailer hitch available from Draw-Tite and Curt. We have 1-1/4-inch Class II and also 2-inch Class III hitches. We generally always recommend the larger Class III type since it typically has a higher weight capacity and since there will be more accessories (like bike racks and carriers) made for this 2-inch size.
The one I recommend out of all options on the linked page is the USA-made Curt # C13020 which I like for its easier no-drill installation and its hefty 500-lb tongue weight rating. I linked an install video showing this hitch on a 1996 Blazer and the written instructions are linked too.
If you also need a 4-pole wiring harness I suggest kit # 18252 from Tekonsha which includes a circuit tester and quick-splice connectors to make it easier to identify the correct vehicles wires you'll connect it to.
