The Thule Roof Mounted Top Rack Systems, like part # THTP54 that you referenced, are actually universal so there aren't any specific fits. You should be just fine using it on your 2016 GMC Canyon.
You also need the Fit Kit # TH145179 and the Evo Clamp Feet # TH710501. From here it is just a matter of choosing the appropriate length and style of crossbar which I have linked our selection for you to filter through. Be sure that the crossbars are a little longer than where you plan on placing the tracks as they are supposed to overhang the feet a little.
