Will a reese 16 k hitch and rails + hardware that came off my 2009 Ford f150 fit on a 2009 Dodge Ram?

Yes, the rails and hitch that you sent in a picture of can be installed in your 2009 Dodge Ram. It will be just a matter of replacing the install brackets and you'd be set. For that you'd want # RP50140.
Then for the replacement hardware to hold the rails to the brackets you'd want the part # 58164.
