Threaded Hitch Pin Needed for an Older Generation Rhode Gear 2 Bike Hitch mounted Bike Rack

Question:

I have an older 2 bike Rhode Gear bike rack and need a replacement bolt for the hitch. It is an threaded shoulder bolt with a pinned end. Where can i get it?

I spoke with my contact at Yakima, the parent company for Rhode Gear and found that there is not a separate threaded hitch pin available but there is a Hardware Bag, # RG890247, available for the Older Generation Rhode Gear Highway Bike racks.
