I have a truck cap with yakima tracks installed, will the rhino bases in this kit fit to the yakima tracks already installed? Or do i have to take them off and put the tracks that come with this kit on.

Actually there are systems that are designed to fit in the Yakima tracks. You will need Rhino-Rack Quick Mount Legs # RRRLT600 and for 65 inch Vortex bars use # RRVA165B-2. Since you already have tracks you won't need to add any or be stuck with any tracks that come with other kits.
