Question:

I bought thule gutter foot mounts but they are missing a key/plug. Would that prevent me from fully tightening them down? If thats what I need could you advise me a on a part number? Thanks

Not having the plug on your Thule Rapid Gutter Feet, like part # TH300R, should not prevent you from being able to fully tighten the feet.

Since the locking knob on your Gutter Feet use the same core as other Thule products you can use part # 8524023006 to plug those holes. If you would rather use actual locks on the feet then you would want to go with the 4-pack # TH450400.
