Will the Bikes Sway and Wheels Spin on the Swagman XP 5 Trailer Hitch Mount Bike Rack

Question:
How much do bike wheels spin and lower part of bikes sway with Swagman XP 5 hitch mount bike carrier? We need to carry 5 bikes and have 1 women, 2 mens and 2 girls kids bikes and like the idea of the rotating cradle so can keep the wheels level. However with only one cradle at 70MPH down the freeway or on bumpy curvy roads it seems the bikes might sway or move since not secured at the bottom.

The thick kraton vinyl cushioning in the cradles of the Swagman XP 5 Bike Rack, # S64970, do work to prevent bikes from rocking back and forth during transit. As an additional protection measure, I recommend using Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable, # S64030, to help prevent bike and wheel movement and to secure the rack to the hitch.
