Question:
Will not cut on at all... Antenna connected to tv , remote manual will not work

It sounds like your RV's Furrion Stereo # DV3100 is not powering up at all whether you press the manual power button on the faceplate or the power button on the remote control. If this is the case then there could be a blown fuse or another issue such as a short with the 12V wiring that delivers operating power to the unit.
If the unit has power but there is no signal on the connected television then you'll want to check the connection at the white/red/yellow plugs which carry TV audio and picture signals; the red and white are right-hand and left-hand audio an the yellow is video. These three outputs need to be connected to your television in order to display video and audio.
