Derale Remote Dual Oil Filter Mount Kit # D15707 is not vehicle specific so you could potentially use it with your 2014 Ford F-150. I assume though that you will want to place the oil filters where you can easily reach them. For that you will need a spin-on adapter to fit in place of your existing oil filter.
Your truck uses a filter with 22x1.5 threads. For a spin-on adapter use # D15724. Then you will just need a couple of hose fittings for it, # D98103, and some hose, # D15700 (for 10 feet).
The dual filter mount kit # D15707 will take oil filters with 3/4"-16 so keep that in mind when you are ready to install the filters.
Other option, instead of getting all these parts separately, is to go with Derale Dual Mount Oil Filter Relocation Kit # D15749. Then all you will need are the new filters with 3/4"-16 threads.
