The Swagman G10 2-Bike Platform Rack S64682 will absolutely fit on a 2018 Subaru Outback. The distance from the center of the G10's hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack when it is folded down is 18-1/2" while the closest part when it is folded up is 13".
The Draw-Tite # 75673 hitch that fits your '18 Outback is only 5-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper so there is plenty of room to use the Swagman and this hitch together.
