Compatibility Between 2002 Keystone Cougar & Advent Air RV Air Conditioner

Question:
Have 2002 Keystone Cougar 5ver with Dometic 13.5K ducted using a thermostat. You stated in a previous question, The only compatibility you would need to verify would be between the upper unit and the ceiling assembly. The upper unit never communicates with the thermostat. What the heck does that mean? There are 4 bolts on the Dometic. DO THESE LINE UP WITH THE ADVENT UNIT? Since they are aftermarket, I would think they would know answers to a simple question like this. Please advise.

What is meant by, "The only compatibility you would need to verify would be between the upper unit and the ceiling assembly." is that you will just have to make sure the measurement of the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner # ACM150 line up with the existing ceiling assembly. The # ACM150 fits in RV units that have a roof opening size of 14-1/4" long x 14-1/4". As long as these measurements line up with your 2002 Keystone Cougar the unit will fit.
I attached the technical data sheet on the # ACM150, it shows exactly where the mounting holes are located.
