Uninstalling Fireplace Model F2611E to Troubleshoot Operation

The fireplace will not come on. I have replaced the fuse and its still not working. The troubleshooting says to unplug the unit as it may havre overheated but I cannot find any means of removing the trim/unit from the wall in my RV???Model # F2611E Can you assist?

For your Greystone 26" Curved Electric Fireplace with Remote Control # WF2613L (model F2611E) the trim simply lifts up to allow access to the mounting screws. I've attached a video to assist.
If unplugging the unit doesn't work, then I recommend checking the function of the unit in another outlet. Not all manufacturers use the proper wire gauge for the outlets required by the manufacturer and that can be an issue. You want 14 gauge wire minimum like # DW02422-1 for that particular outlet. I recommend going with 12 guage # 12-2-1.
