Wiring Replacement Switch for Landing Gear Jack on Heartland Bighorn

Question:

Hi, had to change 6 prong switch on our front landing gear for Heartland Bighorn 2008 and did not save the positioning of the various wires. Have tried everything, including copying as best I can wiring to switch on back landing gear. No luck at all. Battery good, There are four wires, one orange with black bridging wire, one black with black bridging wire, one red and one black. As near as I can figure out the orange goes to battery, the red and black go to motor. I saw your diagram for wiring to battery and motor but it didnt show how to connect to the switch itself, ANYTHING you could do to help would be great.

I am not sure what particular replacement switch you are using on your landing gear, but it sounds like it is a 6-terminal switch like the Ultra-Fab # UF38-75-1037. I have spoken with Ultra-Fab in the past regarding this particular switch, and was told that the # 1 and # 4 prongs are for the motor, # 5 is the power source, and the # 2 prong is for ground. I have attached an image to assist as well.

If you have a different model/brand switch, please let me know what you have and I will be happy to confirm if this layout is correct or do some further research to find the prong functions.
