What is the appropriate safety chains to use with the Reese 94623 gooseneck pin box rated at 20K lbs? Your part 49150 chain kit is only rated at 16K lbs.

For a safety chain with a higher capacity than the # 49150 I recommend part # 63451 which is rated up to 26,400 pounds. This is only one chain so you need two of them, but the rating is per chain so it's definitely enough for what you need.
The # 63451 however does not include any hardware. To connect them to a Goose Box # RP85FR you need 1/2 washers, 1/2 inch nuts, 1/2-13x2.25 bolts, and 1/2 inch lock washers. You need 2 of each.
