What would be the part number for the kit to bolt to my frame to fasten my rails to on a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD

As long as you are using a set of industry standard (ISR) above bed base rails like the Reese Universal Base Rails part # RP58058 then you can use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP50064 to install them on your 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. These brackets are a custom fit and will not require any drilling into the frame for installation.
