I have this style over my kitchen island in my coach. My wife thinks the globes are to short. Can the glass globes be replaced with a different style? How does the light come apart to change the globe out?

If you have globe style bulbs in your Gustafson Locking RV Pendant Light # 277-000306 then they can be changed out.
This light fixture take 1076 size bulbs with a bayonet fitting. The bayonet style light is simply rotated partly and then removed, it doesn't screw in like a traditional bulb. An alternative style to your globe would be the 1076 LED Bulb # DI95VR which has 18 diodes which produce 210 Lumens of daylight white light.
