The main difference between the Draw-Tite Hitch # 75121 and the Draw-Tite Hitch # 41121 is the towing capacities of each hitch when a weight distribution system is being used. The # 75121 has capacities of 7,500 lbs GTW and 750 lbs TW when used with weight distribution, whereas the # 41121 can handle 10,000 lbs GTW and 1,000 TW when used with a weight distribution system.
I attached installation instructions that apply for both hitches for you to check out.
