Cannister Dimensions of Pace Edwards Tonneau Installed in 2017 Toyota Tacoma

Question:

Hi, I have a 2018 Tacoma double cab long bed. Was wondering the measurements of the retractable canister when installed. I know it sits 2inch above the bed once installed and 11 1/2inch when open , but it looks in the video to have a depth and Id like to know what the clearance is from the bottom of the bed to the bottom of the lowest part and how wide that is from the front of the bed. I have a motorcycle front wheel chock i want to put in the bed at the front, and i want the the cover to stay on the truck if possible. I have a sport bike and the wheel height might not work with this cover. thanks for any additional measurements you can provide.

The Pace Edwards SwitchBlade Hard Tonneau Cover - Retractable - Aluminum # 311-SMTA13A37 has a roller canister that is 9-1/4 inches tall by 9-3/4 inches deep.

Since that would most likely interfere with a motorcycle installing in the bed of the truck a better option might be the BAK Revolver X2 part # BAK39427 which rolls up and is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Toyota Tacoma with a 6 foot bed.
