Question:
Considering a RRVA137B-2 for my Acura RDX 2014. I have a Thule Atlantis cargo box and I wanted to make sure the etrailer is approved for use with cargo boxes.

The Rhino Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack that you referenced, which includes parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK337, is confirmed to fit your 2014 Acura RDX if it doesn't have the factory side rails that run front to back.
You can absolutely use this durable roof rack system to mount a cargo box like your Thule Atlantis. The Thule Atlantis cargo boxes use quick grip mounts that will be compatible with the square bars on the Rhino Rack system. This roof rack features a weight capacity of 165 pounds, but you will also want to check for the vehicle's roof capacity as listed in the owner's manual.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this system that you can also take a look at.
