Question:

Could you post the measurements from pin to the back of the bumper. I’ve had receivers that are too far underneath the fold up my bike rack....

We have not yet installed the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12143 on your vehicle for us to get that measurement. That is something we include in our videos as well as the height to the inside top of the receiver, but we unfortunately have not done that installation on your vehicle yet. I can confirm the fit for your 2016 Lexus NX 200t from Curt and have attached a photo from the installation instructions which are also linked to assist, but they do not take that measurement when they test fit. Just based on appearance, I assume the hitch pin hole is about 4 inches from the outermost part of the bumper.

If you are interested in the Curt # C13337 which has a 2 inch receiver, the measurement from the outer bumper is 3 inches. The similar Draw-Tite # 75956 has also not been installed to measure, but will be near that 3 inches as well. My recommendation is the Curt Class III so you have no surprises and the strongest hitch available. I've attached a video to assist. This will work with all of our bike racks that allow that folding feature. I've linked that page to assist and all the product pages will have that pin hole to closest part of the rack when folded measurement to assist.
