What is the vertical height from countertop to apex of curve at spout? The faucet is going in a pull ot drawer on outside. It can be up to 10 inches high and still open,,

The Ultra Faucets Dual Handle RV Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Spout # 277-000068 is 15 inches tall at the very top of the faucet. I've attached the video that shows this measurement.
For your 10 inches tall restriction, I recommend the Ultra Faucets RV Bar Faucet - Dual Handle # 277-000069 which is 9-1/2 inches tall at the apex. The measurements are 6" long x 9-1/2" tall x 5" deep overall.
For a kitchen style faucet, the Phoenix Faucets 8" Dual Handle RV Kitchen Faucet - Hi-Arc Spout - White # PF221202 is 9-1/2 inches tall at the apex but also has the wider base for traditional kitchen appearance. The Chrome # PF211344 is the same.
