Does this fit the 2004 as well? The web page says it doesn’t fit all the ones that say they fit have a round plug, mine is a square plug and then has the round plug that goes into the back of the 7 pin, with a 4 pin pig tail as well.

Thank you for the photo of your Ford F-250's trailer wiring that has a square OEM connector o one end and both 4-pole and U.S. Car (round) connectors on the other end.
We do not have this exact part (it may be OEM) but we do have wiring items with that square connector, such as 7-way # 40167 and 4-poles # C55265. These could be piggy-backed together to give you both connectors active at once.
If you prefer you could use # 40167 and splice in a 4-pole like # C58044.
