It is entirely possible that front mount receiver # 65071 will fit with the brush guard in place on your 2017 Chevy Colorado. Take a look at the instructions for the hitch linked below. You can see the hitch mounts fairly far back on the frame and to the support beam at the front of the frame.
I have looked at instructions for some brush guards that fit your truck and they install in a different location. You would have to compare the hitch instructions with how your guard is installed to determine if they will both fit at the same time. I can do everything except guarantee it but it does look possible from what I have seen.
