At this time we don't have a video for the installation of the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch # 24882 to a 2017 Buick Verano. I can confirm the fit on 2012-2017 Buick Verano models excluding turbo and dual exhaust models. I've attached a video of the installation of this hitch on a 2015 Chevy Cruise and the installation will be very similar on your vehicle. I've also linked the installation details to assist.

If you will be towing with this hitch, I recommend ball mount # 3593 with either hitch ball # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch diameter ball or # 19258 for a 2 inch diameter ball.

For your vehicle wiring harness, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118564. This will attach behind your tail lights to your vehicle wiring harness and will draw power directly from your battery to protect your vehicle electronics.
