Question:

The unit we have is a pop up. Looks like the cover recommended is for a standard travel trailer and would be too long in height. Can you see if you can recommend a shorter in height one?

Based on my research, your 2006 Trailmanor 2720 is 23' long. For that length of trailer in the California sun I highly recommend the Adco RV Cover # AD67ZR.

This cover fits trailers between 22'1" and 24' long and takes into account your rooftop AC. The Adco cover includes tire covers like you wanted, is designed to withstand sun exposure as well as high winds and moisture, and includes zippered entry doors so you can access your Trailmanor even when the cover is on. It also has cinching systems in the front and rear to ensure a snug fit.

For the pop-up the best option for you is going to be the Adco SFS AquaShed # 290-12252. This is a 60" tall cover that fits pop-ups that are between 22' and 24'. This cover will work great to prevent against sun damage and is also designed to protect your trailer from moisture. It has front and back cinching system as well as elastic corners for a snug fit. The AquaShed does not come with wheel covers so those would need to be added separately. The right covers are going to depend on how large your tires are; for example, if your tires had a diameter between 24" and 26" the Adco # 290-3954 would be a great option. If your tires had a diameter between 27" and 29" you could use the Adco # 290-3953. I have added a link to our selection of tire covers for you to check out.

Can this cover be used outside in Northern Wisconsin over the winter?

@BettyM If it was still available yes it would but it is no longer something we carry. The most similar option still available is the part # 290-52242 which is same size and would work great in a winter climate.
