Question:
if the tape does not hold over time are there mounting clips or a track that can be screw mounted??

There isn't a specific set of clips or a track for Luma LED Weatherproof Light Strip # OFSK-NW60-5050B-12S2. What I recommend, should you need to, is use a few loom clamps, # A0250 for one, and you can use screws to hold them and the light strip to the mounting surface.
