Question:
Is there any way I can get the installation out without the rails? I already have the rails for it. It's just the brackets.

In order to install a Reese 5th wheel hitch in the bed of your 2014 Dodge Ram 3500, I recommend using the either the Reese Quick-Install Custom Inboard Installation Kit part # RP50085-58 or the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit part # RP56010-53.
The only difference between the two is where the connection points are for the frame brackets and base rails. On the inboard kit the connection point for the frame brackets and base rails are located inside the frame rail and on the outboard kit the connection point for the frame brackets and base rails are on the outside of the frame rail. The outboard kit will be much easier to install than the inboard kit.
I have attached an install video on the inboard kit for you as well.
