Do I have to specify that I need the same key if I order 2 or more sets? Or is automatically done when ordering?

I do have an option for you but the Camco Cam Lock part # CAM44303 does not have the option to come keyed alike. Instead, I recommend using the Replacement Cam Lock Cylinder part # 295-000003 which does have the option to come keyed alike as long as you select it from the dropdown menu prior to purchase.
